For International Customers:
 
Paypal: You may use PayPals secure payment gateway to make your payments to us, using any Master / Visa / American Express globally or US accepted Credit / Debit card. You may even pay using your paypal account funds / balance.
 
For Domain Registration related services, you may make a payment using paypals secure gateway using the Add Funds option on our website. Incase you have an Verified Paypal account, your payment would instantly get added to your domain account. If you have an Unverified paypal account, our billing team would manually verify your payment and credit the net amount to your domain account within 48 hours in normal circumstances. You can find if you have a verified paypal account by reviewing your paypal account details.
 
Paypal transaction charges are $0.30 per transaction + 3.9% of the total amount being transferred. We bear these charges incase of the payment is being made towards web hosting account renewal or purchase. We apologize that we are unable to bear these expenses in case of an domain registration related service.
  
 
For Indian Customers: You may make an Online Transfer from your online Bank Account to our ICICI Bank or Citibank Accounts.
 
ICICI or Citibank Transfers: If you are making a transfer from your ICICI Bank account to our ICICI Bank Account or from your Citibank Account to our Citibank Banking Account, the payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 12 to 48 hours in normal circumstances, after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation.
 
Other Bank Transfers: If you are making a transfer from any bank other than ICICI Bank or Citibank to our Citibank or ICICI Bank accounts, then the payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 48 to 96 hours depending on REFT clearance times and after receipt of your payment and Payment Intimation.
 
Visa to Visa Card Transfers: You may use the Visa to Visa Card transfer option to make payments to us. Visa Card transfer transaction charges apply in this case. The payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 12 to 48 hours in normal circumstances, after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation.
 
 
Offline Payment Options: (For Indian Customers only)
 
ICICI Branch Deposit: You may visit any ICICI Bank Branch and deposit a local Cheque or Demand Draft. In case of a Cash Deposit being made at an ICICI Branch, a minimum transaction charge of Rs.170/- is applicable per transaction. The payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 12 to 48 hours in normal circumstances, after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation.
 
Citibank ATM Deposit: You may deposit Cheques or Demand Drafts at any Citibank ATM drop box. The transaction charge would vary based on the amount, location and type of payment. Most of these transactions are free. The payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 12 to 48 hours normally, after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation.
 
Demand Draft: You may order a Demand Draft payable at our location and post it using "India Post" only. Payments sent through private couriers cannot be accepted at our Billing Address. Demand Draft creation charges may or may not apply based on your bank. The payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 72 hours after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation. Please note that the post may take upto 7 days or more to reach us.
 
Postal Money Order: You may visit any of the "India Post" offices and send a Postal Money Order to us. Postal Money Order Commission charges apply. The payment would be credited to your domain or web hosting account as specified in the Payment Intimation email within 48 hours in normal circumstances, after receipt of payment and Payment Intimation. Please note that the Postal Money Order may take upto 7 days or more to reach us.
 
 
Note:
 
Payment Intimation: You are required to send a support request to the support team with the payment details within 24 hours of making the payment, so that they could track your payments and credit them to your appropriate account accordingly.
 
We strongly recommend that you contact the support staff for updated payment information, such as Bank Account Number, Billing Address, etc. before making a payment.
 
All payments made are subject to clearance and transaction charges applicable by the Payment gateway or the Processor.
 
India Post is the Postal Service offered by the government of India. Some of its famous services are Registered Post, EMS / Speed Post and Money Orders.
 
We would not be responsible for any payments lost in transit or during an online transaction. Customers would need to take atmost care to ensure safety of the funds being remitted.
 
Any Billing discrepancy needs to be reported to the support staff within 30 days of its occurrence and acknowledged by the support staff. 
 
Incase of a domain registration related service being availed, no refunds are possible once the transaction has been processed due to various external factors.
